Symptoms of the vaccination include redness, soreness and swelling of muscle at the site of injection. Nasal spray flu vaccines consist of weakened viruses and can cause symptoms common to the ones in flu (sore throat, headache, nausea, runny nose, muscle aches, vomiting and fever). However, the effect of these viruses lasts only for two days and gets subsided. How would you know that you are a victim of stress from work and need to take special care of yourself?</p>

Majority of the problems at work place are due to improper communication. In times of uncertainty and cut throat competition, expectations have multiplied and demands for better service are ever increasing. We see survival of the fittest has become the rule of the game and support from coworkers and/or management is becoming more and more difficult. It is most stressful when one is new and inexperienced. Stress from work can be due to uncertainty about the responsibilities and too many deadlines can discourage a new employee.</p>

Modifying style of work according to the situation and being flexible has helped solve many issues including that of communication. Managing time so as to include rest, play, entertainment and family makes a great difference. To handle stress from work one should introspect and analyze with a cool mind.
