One of the deadliest kind of lung cancer, small cell cancer patients usually have a small survival period of less then six months after it has been detected.</p>

I am jobless, just out of a long relationship, always tired, always grumpy and unable to sleep or eat, am I just low or <strong>am I suffering from depression</strong>?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">I had always been the one who had been bouncing back from blues, firmly believing that tough times never last, tough people do.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-173" title="Depression" src="http://www.selfcaremanual.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/depression.jpg" alt="Depression" width="500" height="333" /></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">But why after a prolonged period of six months, I am not able to shake off my violent <em>mood swings</em>, why even after finding the logical answers to my problems am I not able to shake off the feeling of doom? Am I suffering from depression is what my heart keeps on asking.<span id="more-171"></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">My friends have advised me to go for counseling, can a doctor help me deal with my emotions. Am I suffering from depression that can be dealt with effectively by taking help from a psychiatrist or by visiting any support group?</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Rather than getting entangled in a quest o find the answer to one of the toughest question “am I suffering from depression” you should recognize the symptoms and reach out for help for one of the worst disorders of our times called <strong>depression</strong>. I have realized that depression is not just a state of low emotional <em>well being</em>; but it is a medical problem that requires expert’s intervention.</p>
